At Zizarena, every order is prepared with care.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unworn, unused and in its original condition.

• Be free from perfume, makeup, stains, or damage.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hijabs that have been worn, used, washed or altered.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so the problem can be resolved as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
